We had an outstanding experience with Empire AV from start to finish. Their professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail made a huge difference in the success of our event. Manni was awesome from the very beginning—his communication and customer service were absolutely perfect. He really listened to our vision and worked with us every step of the way to bring it to life. The on-site team was equally impressive. They were calm, professional, and did an excellent job improvising as needed, working seamlessly with the event centre to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time. I had the pleasure of working with Empire Audio Visual on the Billboard Canada Women in Music event at DPRTMNT.   From the first meeting to teardown, Manni and his team exuded confidence and over delivered.  I will never forget the the moment when I walked in and saw that stage for the first time.   Wow factor!
